Get more out of your ingredients with the Hausberg HB-7675RS nutrient extractor. Its 1000 W copper AC motor and two blades break down fruit, leafy greens, seeds and nuts to release vitamins and nutrients, making silky smoothies, shakes and soups in seconds. Two blades are supplied – a cross blade for blending and a flat blade for grinding – and three BPA-free cups with a sip lid and a seal lid let you blend and drink from the same cup.

What it is for

• Blending fluids – dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, shakes and mixed drinks.

Built-in safety lock

This safety feature only works when the parts have been assembled correctly and the appliance is switched on. If the appliance suddenly stops running: 1) pull the plug out of the wall socket; 2) let the appliance cool down for 30 minutes; 3) put the plug back in the socket; 4) switch the appliance on again.

How to use

1. Attach the blade unit to the beaker. Make sure the rubber ring has been placed properly.
2. Put the ingredients in the beaker. Do not fill beyond the MAX indication. The quantity of liquid must not exceed 500 ml. Never fill the beaker with ingredients hotter than 80 °C.
3. Place the beaker on the motor unit and turn it in the direction of the arrow until it clicks. Do not exert too much pressure on the beaker.
4. Put the lid on the beaker.
5. Put the plug in the wall socket and switch the appliance on by pressing the low-speed or high-speed button.
6. Hold the motor unit firmly with both hands while the appliance is running.
7. Do not operate the appliance longer than one minute at a time. If you have not finished blending after one minute, switch the appliance off and wait one minute before you continue.

Important — safety

• The blades are very sharp – always handle them with care, especially when emptying the beaker and during cleaning. Never put your fingers or any objects into the feed tube and never touch the moving parts. If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance and remove the ingredients that are blocking them with a spatula.
• Never operate the appliance when the beaker is empty and never use it without the lid. Do not remove the lid or replace any accessory before the appliance has been switched off and the accessory has come to a complete stop.
• Never overfill the beaker so that the contents cannot spill.
• Do not insert any object – knives, forks, spoons – into the beaker while the appliance is operating. A spatula may be used only when the appliance is not running.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured in, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
• Before use check that the mains voltage matches the rating of the appliance. Do not operate it with a damaged cord or after a malfunction; a damaged supply cord may only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning. Ensure the blender is switched off before removing it from the stand.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas burner or a heated oven.
• Never operate the appliance with wet hands, spill liquid on it or submerge it in water – risk of electric shock.
• Do not use outdoors – household use only. The appliance is also suitable for staff kitchen areas in shops and offices, farm houses, hotels, motels and bed and breakfast environments.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. It may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities only under supervision or after instruction; children shall not play with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when it is used near children or infirm persons.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
• Use the appliance only for its intended purpose; accessories other than those supplied must come with their own safety instructions. There is potential injury for misuse.
• The appliance comes into direct contact with food, so it must be kept clean at all times.

Cleaning and care

• Unplug the appliance and wait until it has completely cooled down before cleaning.
• The main unit cannot be immersed in water or any other liquid. Wipe the outside surface of the head and the base with a damp cloth and dry them with a soft dry cloth.
• Wash the cups and the lids in warm soapy water, then rinse under running water and wipe dry.
• Do not use a brush or other abrasive tools.

• The appliance complies with Directives 2014/35/EU (LVD), 2014/30/EU (EMC) and 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and carries the CE mark. Parts in contact with food are covered by Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 and plastic parts by Regulation (EU) 10/2011; Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety also applies.
• WEEE (2012/19/EU): do not dispose of the appliance with household waste — take it to an electrical and electronic waste collection point or return it to the seller.
• Sort the packaging: cardboard and paper to paper collection, film to plastic collection.
