Check the packaging when the courier hands over your parcel
If the packaging is wet, torn or otherwise damaged, note this on the delivery document. Once it has been signed without remarks, the parcel is considered to have been delivered intact.
A parcel locker holds your parcel for 5–7 calendar days
Parcel locker delivery is available for prepaid orders only.

Delivery information in detail
Delivery times
The delivery time is counted from payment and includes both preparation and courier transit. In Lithuania the time consists of preparation (1 working day) and delivery (1–2 working days). To Latvia and Estonia – 2–5 working days: preparation 1 working day and delivery 1–4 working days.
Delivery to a parcel locker
This delivery method is only available after payment for the goods. Goods are delivered to parcel points or terminals. You will be informed by SMS and/or email when the parcel arrives at the parcel point or terminal. The parcel can be collected within 5–7 calendar days.
Delivery to home or office
A courier will deliver the goods to the address of your choice. You will be informed of the expected delivery time and the parcel number by SMS or email.
When accepting the parcel from the courier, please check whether the packaging is damaged (wet, torn or otherwise externally damaged). If the packaging is damaged, the recipient must note this on the delivery document. Once the document has been signed without remarks, the parcel is considered to have been delivered intact.
Collection at the FIT2 store
You can collect your order at the FIT2 store in Vilnius Outlet, 2nd floor, Vytauto Pociūno g. 8, Vilnius. Open Mon–Sun 10:00–21:00.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection — please come only after receiving that notification. You may be asked for your order number when collecting.
Collection at the office on Kareivių g. is no longer available.
Parcel tracking
You will always be informed when your goods have been dispatched and you will be given a parcel code with which you can track the location of your parcel on our courier's website. You can also track your order status by logging in to your fit2.shop account. If the delivery time changes, we will inform you separately by phone or email.
If the parcel is delayed
The times stated above are the usual ones, but in rare cases delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your parcel within the stated time, please contact us at info@fit2.shop or +370 637 09990 — we will find out what happened and let you know.
