1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 You have the right to return or exchange any item purchased within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of delivery.

1.2 To return or exchange an item, it must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.

1.3 Please draw your attention to the fact that if the Goods purchased under the Contract are classified and/or recognized as electrical machinery or apparatus, sound recording and reproducing apparatus and television video and sound recording and reproducing apparatus (such as, for example, food choppers and blenders; coffee or tea making apparatus; headphones, earbuds, etc.), then the Goods shall not be returned. The Buyer's request for replacement of the purchased Goods of adequate quality with similar Goods or for a refund for the reasons set out in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania may only be granted with the Seller's separate consent.

1.4 In any case, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions when returning the Goods:

1.4.1 the Goods must be in its original packaging;

1.4.2 the Goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

1.4.3 the Goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective films intact, etc.);

1.4.4 the Goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;

1.4.5 the document of purchase of the Goods must be provided.

1.5 Gift cards cannot be returned.

2. Return procedure

2.1 Before returning any Product, please contact our customer service team by email: info@fit2.shop. You also need to fill in the seller's return form, which can be found here.

2.2 When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend that you use a registered delivery service when returning your item as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods.

2.3 Please enclose the proof of purchase with the returned goods.

2.4 The cost of return postage, unless the return is due to our error or defective goods, will be borne by the buyer.

3. Refund of money

3.1 Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you of the status of the return.

3.2 If your return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 working days.

3.3 Please note that the amount of the refund may be reduced for applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs or other charges as stated in the Returns Policy or agreed during the returns process.

3.4 Returns will not include any shipping or handling costs incurred during the original purchase.

Damaged or defective goods

4.1 If you have received damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately. We will provide further instructions on how to return or replace the product.

4.2 We may require photographs or other evidence of damage or defect before we can confirm a return or exchange.
