Hausberg HB-150NG 2-Slice Toaster 750W

Start the morning with perfectly toasted bread from the Hausberg HB-150NG. This 750 W two-slice toaster has a toasting time control, so you can dial in anything from light to crispy. A cancel button stops toasting at any time, the slices are lifted automatically for easy removal, and the removable crumb tray keeps things clean. A compact black-and-white design that fits any kitchen.

Before first use

Run the toaster for a few minutes without bread the first time you use it. There will be some smoke and a slight smell at first – this is entirely normal. Air the room well before you start toasting.

How to use

1. Place the toaster on a flat, dry, stable surface.
2. Plug it in and set the required toasting time with the timing control.
3. Place a slice of bread or other food suitable for toasting into the slot and press the start lever down.
4. The lever stays down until the bread is toasted, then lifts automatically.
5. To stop toasting earlier, press the cancel button – the heating elements switch off and the bread is ejected immediately.
6. If the toaster is used more than once in a row, allow at least 1 minute of cooling between cycles.

Important — safety

• BREAD MAY BURN. The toaster must not be used near or below curtains, upholstery or other combustible materials, and it must be watched while it is operating. The toaster cannot be used without bread – food must always be put into the slot.
• Use only pre-sliced bread. Do not insert oversized foods, metal foil packages or metal utensils – this may result in electric shock.
• If the bread sticks in the toaster, unplug it, wait for it to cool and only then remove the bread. NEVER USE METAL UTENSILS.
• Do not remove food from the toaster while the plunger is down.
• Do not remove the crumb tray while the toaster is plugged in – disconnect it from the power supply, wait for it to cool, and only then take the tray out.
• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Do not touch hot surfaces – use the handles and controls only.
• Do not place the toaster, the cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after it has been dropped or has malfunctioned. A damaged cord may only be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised technical service.
• Unplug the appliance when it is not in use and before cleaning, and allow it to cool.
• Do not use outdoors. Keep the toaster out of the reach of children.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces. Do not place the toaster on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use and avoid contacting moving parts.
• Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities and children may use the appliance only under supervision or after proper instruction; children must not play with it.
• If an extension cord is used, its electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the appliance, and it must be arranged so that it cannot be pulled on or tripped over.

Cleaning and care

Allow the toaster to cool completely and unplug it before cleaning.

• Do not immerse the toaster in water.
• After use, wipe away crumbs with a dry cloth and empty the crumb tray.
• Do not use coarse or abrasive sponges, cloths or steel wool.
• Never spray or apply cleaner directly onto or into the toaster – apply it to a soft cloth instead.
• Wipe the outside with a soft damp cloth and polish it with a soft dry cloth.
• After cleaning, wait a few minutes for the toaster to dry completely before use.
• Any other servicing should be performed by an authorised service representative.

• The appliance complies with Directives 2014/35/EU (LVD), 2014/30/EU (EMC) and 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and carries the CE mark. Parts in contact with food are covered by Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, and Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety also applies.
• WEEE (2012/19/EU): do not dispose of the appliance with household waste — take it to an electrical and electronic waste collection point or return it to the seller.
• Sort the packaging: cardboard and paper to paper collection, film to plastic collection.
