Hausberg HB-7676NG Personal Smoothie Blender 600 ml 200-300 W

Make fresh smoothies in seconds with the Hausberg HB-7676NG personal blender. Just add fruit, yoghurt or ice to the 600 ml bottle, screw on the blade set and press down — the 200–300 W copper motor blends everything smooth with simple one-touch operation. Then swap the blade set for the drink lid and take the bottle with you to work, the gym or a trip. Non-slip feet keep the blender steady on the counter, and the bottle, blade set and lid are dishwasher safe on the top rack.

How to use

• Before first use wash all removable parts that come into contact with food — the bottle, the blade set and the drink lid — in hot water with a mild detergent and dry them thoroughly.
• Stand the bottle (C) on a flat surface with the opening upwards and add the ingredients. Cut hard fruit and vegetables into pieces of 1.8–2.5 cm and do not exceed the maximum level mark on the bottle.
• Fit the blade set (E) onto the opening of the bottle and turn it clockwise until it locks into place.
• Turn the bottle upside down and place it in the slot (A) on the power base (B) so that the arrows on the base line up with those on the blade set. Plug the appliance in.
• Press the bottle down to blend; to run the blender without pressing continuously, lock the bottle in the base by turning it clockwise.
• After use unplug the appliance and wait until the blades have stopped completely before removing the bottle from the base.
• Turn the bottle upright, unscrew the blade set (E), and either pour the contents into a glass or fit the drink lid (D) and take the bottle with you. Wash the bottle straight after use.

Important — safety

• Do not run the appliance for more than 30 seconds at a time. Brief pulses of a few seconds each give the best results.
• Never put hot liquids into the bottle and never add fruit with stones or shells — they can damage the blades. Let hot liquids cool before pouring them in.
• The blades are sharp — handle them with care when emptying the bottle and when cleaning. Never touch moving parts.
• Never operate the appliance while it is empty and do not use it if the blade is damaged.
• Do not overfill the bottle. If the power base blocks, switch the blender off immediately, unplug it and leave it to cool for at least 15 minutes; remove some of the ingredients and continue.
• This appliance cannot be used to mash potato, whisk egg whites or dairy products, mix firm dough or mince raw meat. Do not chop excessively hard foods such as meat on the bone.
• Never place the power base, plug or cord in water or other liquids — wipe them clean with a damp cloth only.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the mains; unplug it after every use, before fitting or removing parts and before cleaning. Grip the plug to unplug it, never pull the cord.
• Make sure your hands are dry before using the appliance or touching the plug.
• Do not place the appliance on or close to sources of heat; the cord must not touch hot surfaces or dangle where a child could grab it.
• Never leave the appliance exposed to the elements (rain, sun and similar).
• Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after a fault; all repairs, including replacement of the power cord, must be carried out by a qualified technician.
• Use only original parts approved by the manufacturer. Any unauthorised change voids the guarantee. An extension lead, if used, must be suitable for the power of the appliance.
• The appliance may be used by children from 8 years of age and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities only under supervision or after proper instruction; keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8. Children must not play with it.
• Keep the packaging out of the reach of children — it is potentially dangerous.
• The appliance is designed for home use only and must not be used for commercial or industrial purposes.

Care

• Unplug the appliance and make sure the blades have stopped moving before cleaning. The blades are sharp — take care.
• The bottle (C), blade set (E) and lid (D) are dishwasher safe on the top rack.
• Wipe the power base (B) clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products.
• Dry all parts thoroughly before storing them.
