RETOO OR1345 Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap, Ceramic Head, Flexible 360 Spout

The RETOO OR1345 kitchen mixer tap is built for convenient use and freedom of movement at the sink. The spout rotates a full 360° and bends freely, which makes washing dishes, filling containers and rinsing the sink much easier. Single-lever control lets you set water flow and temperature with one hand, and the ceramic head keeps the tap smooth to operate and drip-free for years.

Installation

• Shut off the cold and hot water supply before starting.
• Check that the wall valves have filters that hold back debris from the pipework — they protect the ceramic head from clogging and damage.
• Make sure the connection hoses are the right type for this tap and are not twisted. Tighten with wrenches that have smooth jaws so the components are not damaged.
• Plan the installation so that the head and the connection hoses stay easy to reach later.
• After installing, run the water for a few seconds and then check every connection carefully for leaks.
• The exact assembly sequence is shown in the illustrations at the bottom of the manufacturer’s leaflet.

Care

• Clean the tap regularly so that limescale does not build up. Use a soft damp cloth and a neutral cleaner — no abrasives, metal scourers, acids or chlorine.
• If you notice a leak, seal the joint or replace the seals immediately.
• Do not use the tap in rooms where the temperature drops below 4 °C.
• If the spout starts to corrode, replace it immediately to avoid contaminating the water.

• This is not a toy. It contains small parts that pose a choking hazard — keep them out of the reach of children.
• Use the tap for its intended purpose only, that is, domestic use.

Compliance and disposal

• A tap is not an electrical appliance, so the CE mark does not apply to it and is not present on the packaging. The product is covered by the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and by the requirements for materials in contact with water intended for human consumption (Directive (EU) 2020/2184, Article 11).
• WEEE (2012/19/EU) does not apply. At the end of its life, take the tap to a scrap metal collection point or a waste collection site.
