Hausberg HB-4118NG Hand Mixer 250-300 W, 5 Speeds and Turbo

The Hausberg HB-4118NG is a compact hand mixer for everyday baking and cooking. Its copper motor delivers steady performance, while 5 speeds plus a Turbo button give full control over every recipe. The set includes 2 beaters and 2 dough hooks, with a convenient eject button and an ergonomic, easy-to-clean body.

Speed guide

• 1–2 — mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and cream into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces, mashing vegetables
• 3–4 — cake mixes, puddings and batters; dough hooks for dough and heavier cake mixes; creaming shortening with sugar
• 5 — whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk and egg whites; mixing minced meat and kneading heavy dough
• Turbo — the same as speed 5

How to use

• Insert the beaters or dough hooks until they lock into place. The accessory with the toothed crown must go into the opening marked with the same crown.
• Plug in the appliance, place the ingredients in a suitable container, lower the beaters into it and start by turning the control knob to the right.
• Select a speed from 1 to 5, or press the Turbo button when needed.
• When finished, return the knob to position 0, unplug the appliance and release the accessories with the eject button.

Important — safety

• Do not use the mixer for more than 3 minutes at one time. After 3 minutes of continuous use, let it rest for a few minutes so the motor does not overheat.
• Never touch the beaters or dough hooks while the appliance is running, and keep long hair, scarves and loose clothing away from them.
• Always unplug the appliance before fitting or removing accessories, before cleaning and when it is not in use.
• Never fit accessories with different functions at the same time — use either two beaters or two dough hooks.
• Do not immerse the appliance, the cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
• Do not let the cord hang where children can reach it, and keep it away from hot surfaces, heat sources and sharp edges.
• Do not use a damaged appliance — contact an authorised service centre. A damaged cord may only be replaced by the manufacturer or a service agent.
• Children and persons with reduced capabilities may use the appliance only under supervision or after proper instruction; children must not play with it.
• For household use indoors only. Do not use outdoors.

Care

• Unplug the mixer. Clean the body with a damp cloth only — never immerse it in water.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks under running water or in the dishwasher, then rinse and dry them.
• Clean the accessories immediately after use — dried-on food is hard to remove and encourages bacterial growth.
