Stand mixer for home baking. The 1800 W motor copes with heavy yeast dough as well as light creams, and the 8 L stainless steel bowl holds large batches. The attachment rotates in a planetary motion, so ingredients are mixed evenly across the whole bowl. Press the Push button to tilt the head up and change attachments, then lower it until it locks.

Recommended speeds

• Dough hook: speed 1–2, for bread, pizza and other heavy doughs
• Flat beater: speed 1–4, for cake batter, creams and mashed mixtures
• Whisk: speed 5–6, for egg whites, whipped cream and light mixtures

Do not operate the mixer for more than 10 minutes at a time; let it rest for at least 10 minutes between two cycles.
