Electric meat grinder for the home kitchen. Put pieces of meat on the metal food tray, feed them into the grinder with the food pusher and choose the cutting plate for the mince you need. With the sausage attachment you can fill sausage casings, and with the kibbe attachment you can form hollow meat rolls. If the screw jams, set both switches to R and the screw will turn backwards to release it.

Use tips

• Cut meat into pieces of about 2 × 2 × 6 cm, remove bones, sinews and gristle
• Always use the food pusher, never push food by hand
• Do not grind bones, nuts, ginger or other hard or fibrous food
• Operate continuously for no longer than 10 minutes, then let the motor cool for 10 minutes
• Lightly grease the cutting plate with vegetable fat before use
• Wash the parts by hand in warm soapy water; they are not dishwasher safe
