FIT2 MG-S6 combines an electric meat grinder and a vegetable cutter in one appliance. Grind meat with three cutting plates, fill sausages, make kibbe, and slice, shred or grate vegetables with five interchangeable drums. The rotary switch has two speeds and a reverse function.

 

A 2-in-1 kitchen appliance: one motor unit works with a meat grinder head and with a vegetable cutter head. The grinder head is used for minced meat, sausages and kibbe; the vegetable cutter head with five interchangeable drums slices, shreds and grates vegetables, fruit and cheese straight into a bowl. Use speed I for vegetables and speed II for meat. If the screw jams, turn the switch to REV and the screw turns backwards to release it.

Use tips

  • Cut meat into pieces of about 2 × 2 × 6 cm, remove bones, sinews and fat
  • Cut vegetables into pieces that fit easily into the cutter inlet
  • Always use the pushers, never push food by hand
  • Do not process bones, nuts, ginger or other hard or fibrous food
  • Operate continuously for no longer than 10 minutes, then let the motor cool for 10 minutes
  • Switch between forward and REV only after the motor has been stopped for more than 30 seconds
  • Wash the parts by hand in warm soapy water; never immerse the motor unit in water
