Electric meat grinder for the home kitchen. Put pieces of meat on the food tray, feed them into the grinder with the food pusher and choose the cutting plate for the mince you need. With the sausage attachment you can fill sausage casings, and with the kibbe attachment you can form hollow meat rolls. If the screw jams, switch off and turn the switch to R – the screw turns backwards and empties the head.

Use tips

• Cut meat into pieces of about 2 × 2 × 6 cm, remove bones, sinews and fat
• Always use the food pusher, never push food by hand
• Do not grind bones, nuts, ginger or other hard or fibrous food
• Operate continuously for no longer than 10 minutes, then let the motor cool for 15 minutes
• Switch between ON and R only after the motor has been stopped for more than 30 seconds
• Wash the parts by hand in warm soapy water; never immerse the motor unit in water
